Acceptable documents
Where supporting documentation is required to verify your account, please ensure:

All four corners of your document are clearly visible.

Your ID document is in date, and any proof of address documents are dated within the last six months.

The name, date of birth, and full address (including ZIP Code) shown match the details as you have registered them to your bet365 account.
Submitting documents for review
To upload your documents, follow the steps below:

Select the Account Menu
from the top right of your screen.

Go to My Account and choose Verification.

Click the link to upload your documents, then choose the document type you wish to upload.

Select the files to be uploaded.
-
Review your submitted documents and finalize your uploads; press the red X next to an image or press Clear All in the top right to change. When finalized, you are presented with a message to notify you if your upload has been received.
Review timeframes
We aim to review your documents as soon as possible. Once the review is complete, we will notify you by email.
