Bets will be settled based on the score in the middle of the 5th inning (e.g. not at the bottom of the 5th), unless the Total quoted has already gone over. Where this occurs all bets will be settled as follows - over bets on quoted Total will be settled as winners, with under bets on quoted Total being settled as losers.
